About HEUG Asia - Hong Kong

The Higher Education Users Group (HEUG) Asia region is excited to announce that we will be in person to Rediscover, Reconnect and Rejuvenate at HEUG Asia - Hong Kong, 22-23, May, 2023. The program will cater to the diverse portfolio of campus IT systems. As always, the HEUG Asia - Hong Kong program be formatted around the needs of our students, our educational and administrative staff and how we can best embrace technology to meet those needs over the next five years. HEUG Asia - Hong Kong is a great opportunity to learn, network and share best practices with your colleagues from other institutions throughout Asia. At the same time, you may wish to take the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Hong Kong.

Conference Lodge

Located on The Hong Kong University of Science and Techology campus, this hotel is just steps away from the conference center. Conference Lodge is offering single standard rooms at HK$875 or twin rooms at HK$975. Both room rates include breakfast.

Who can attend HEUG Asia - Hong Kong?

All attendees must be Institutional, Allied, or Subscriber Members of the HEUG at the time of registration.

What types of payment do you accept?

All fees are payable in US Dollars. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. No purchase orders, cheques, or wire transfers will be accepted.

Do you offer ADA assistance during the conference?

Yes. During registration, you will be asked if you need any ADA assistance.
