About HEUG Asia - Hong Kong
The Higher Education Users Group (HEUG) Asia region is excited to announce that we will be in person to Rediscover, Reconnect and Rejuvenate the future of our systems at HEUG Asia - Hong Kong, 22-23 May, 2023. For many institutions our ERP systems have a decade of experience. Our program will cater to how we ensure we are delivering first-class services to our students and staff as well as what we have learned to inspire others and what pitfalls we can help prevent in the future. As always the HEUG Asia - Hong Kong will continue to be a great opportunity to learn, network and share best practices with your colleagues from other institutions throughout Asia. At the same time, you may wish to take the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Hong Kong.

Robert Yanckello
Sr Director Analyst | Gartner
At Gartner, Robert A. Yanckello covers enterprise application suites and business systems, with particular focus on student information systems. He provides insights on higher education market regarding Cloud/SaaS services, enterprise technology modernization and proposal reviews for enterprise application systems.
Mr. Yanckello was the CTO at the University of Central Florida and served an 18-month interim role at UCF College of Medicine & UCF Health. Prior to that, he served as the CIO at Central Connecticut State University. Initially, he worked in Planning and Institutional Research for 11 years.

Stanley Yung
Partner | EY Consulting
Stanley Yung is the Partner in the Hong Kong office. He has more than 20 years of business and IT consulting experience in Retail , Entertainment and Technology industries across mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. His key area of practice includes system integration for ERP, B2C/B2B ecommerce platform implementation, customer relationship management and order management.
Mr. Yung developed the enterprise architecture and system roadmap for the largest lottery company in China. The project included business, application, data, infrastructure and security architecture design, and helped the client to leverage multiple channels (including eCommerce) to perform transactions.

What types of payment do you accept?
All fees are payable in US Dollars. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. No purchase orders, cheques, or wire transfers will be accepted.
