Building an award student profile/application with the Gideon Taylor GTeForms platform

Track: Student Information Systems

Session Number: 7535
Date: Tue, Nov 8th, 2022
Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Room: Westmount Boardroom

Description:

The University of Windsor partnered with Gideon Taylor in January 2020 to design and develop a robust award profile/application for students that fully integrates with Campus Solutions without the need for inbound or outbound interfaces. Our solution combined functional and technical development and is extensible, highly configurable and can support both our undergraduate and graduate student awards program. Students who complete a minimum of one profile per academic year can be considered for 100’s of objective based awards plus one application-based award. Using the same profile, students may submit unlimited application-based awards from their award results that uses their profile information to match with the award criteria. Our baseline deliverable was completed in approximately 6 months.
