In referencing Dr. Seuss’s light-hearted children’s story, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!,” we will explore The University of Waterloo implementation of automating graduation processing. This session will tell the tale of the importance of seizing new opportunities and keeping an open mind when trying new things. It will also give an account of some pitfalls along the way and how change management impacted our journey.
