How Queen's are revolutionising Course and Module data capture through customised pages

Track: Student Information Systems

Session Number: 6521
Date: Fri, Oct 21st, 2022
Time: 10:45 AM - 11:30 AM
Room: Conference 2 A

Description:

The statutory requirements for the new Data Futures return instigated a review of the collection of Course and Module data within Queen's University. After discussions with stakeholders, new data collection pages are being created to ensure all data is captured in a timely manner.

In this session we will cover the limitations of the original data collection process and the approach taken within Campus Solutions to provide a solution that satisfies stakeholders whilst minimising disruption.
