Description:

Did you know there is a relationship between a pair of shoes and effective communication with your students? How? Find it out in this session! We will discuss the process of informing and communicating with your students – for instance during the application and enrolment. Sometimes it can prove rather difficult to get and keep your student’s attention. This challenge grows when a swift response is desired.

The key question here is how to reach your student population in a way that the message is clear, concise and noticed but still keeps a personal touch. This session addresses this issue, identifies causes and offers some possible solutions. Why can it sometimes be so complicated to attract the necessary attention and how to deploy your systems and resources so effectively possible to achieve this goal.

This is definitely influenced by the way students are approached and the manner in which information is offered and presented. Examples will be given of processes which are streamlined by Inholland to improve the clarity and effectiveness for both students and employees. Cases vary from improvements and additions to the student information system (Peoplesoft Campus Solutions) to the implementation of a digital student card, the use of apps and the introduction of chatbots.
