Presenting provides an opportunity to build your professional network and experience lifelong learning with colleagues and friends. Presenting a content-rich session individually or as part of a team is a wonderful way to share knowledge, experiences, ideas, and engage in meaningful dialogs.
Call for Proposals is open from 1 July - 18 August 2021
You will receive notification of your submission results via email by late August.
If your presentation has been approved, you will receive a notification email to accept the role of presenter.
Presenting or not, sign up to attend the *FREE International Virtual Week 2021.

*This event is FREE and only available to HEUG Members and Allied Members of PSUG. Must register by 8 October 2021 to receive the complimentary registration. The rate will increase to $50 USD per attendee. More membership information on the Membership Information page.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT: All HEUG Members are welcome to submit session(s) to the International Virtual Week 2021 but only HEUG Members and Allied Members of PSUG will be considered for the official programme. If you are unsure about your membership status there are several ways to verify your HEUG Membership.
SESSION DECISIONS: All sessions will be selected by late August. If you have not received notification of your submission result by 7 September 2021, please contact email@example.com.
PRESENTER REGISTRATION: If you are submitting a presentation, please do not forget to register for the conference.
SESSION CANCELLATION: We rely on our Members to share their knowledge and experiences to put on a successful International Virtual Week 2021. Please only consider submitting a session if you fully intend to present and accept our presenter policies below. Canceling your session after 8 October 2021 will result in access denial to the event and any materials offered post-event. If you wish to continue with your session cancellation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRESENTATION: All presenters are asked to prepare a visual presentation using PowerPoint, Keynote, etc. so that virtual sessions have visual information for attendees.
Having a copy of the PowerPoint or handouts to take notes is extremely helpful for attendees. Speakers should upload the most current version of the presentation prior to the conference and upload any updates after the conference while the topic is fresh for everyone. Only primary presenters have the ability to upload a session.

All primary presenters and co-presenters must be a HEUG Member, Allied Member of PSUG, or a Corporate Member at the International Virtual Week 2021. International Virtual Week 2021 is a complimentary event offered to our Higher Education User Group HEUG Members and Allied Members of PSUG, as part of their paid membership benefits.
By submitting and accepting your session, you agree to be available the week of 26-28 October 2021 to present. Final session time(s)/day(s) will be emailed before the start of the conference.
Presenters must agree to having sessions recorded and to the future use of session materials and/or recordings accessible to the International Virtual Week 2021 attendees through the HEUG website.
All presenters will be required to attend the virtual training to ensure the best quality session for our attendees. Please refer to your session(s) approval letter (once received) to register for the training. Make sure you have a reliable internet connection, microphone, and screen sharing capabilities.
As a primary presenter, you must ‘accept’ your session for the conference by 2 September 2021, or you risk having your session(s) removed from the schedule. Primary presenters must also register for the conference by 1 October 2021, or risk having your session(s) removed from the schedule. Sessions canceled due to failure to register are forfeited outright. Contact conference support at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues accepting your session(s) or registering.
All vendors should refer to the Exhibitor FAQ (coming soon) for submission rules and instructions. Vendors may be co-presenters only if they are also an exhibitor at the International Virtual Week 2021. No exceptions will be made. If you are not sure about the status of one of your co-presenters, please contact email@example.com for clarification.
