Call for Proposals


International Virtual Week 2021 is a user-driven conference in need of quality presentations. Our community-generated program will showcase future directions, best practices, stories of successful collaborations, lessons learned, and solutions to community-wide issues within your region. With the rapidly changing and uncertain work landscape, the importance of networking and professional development remains as critical as ever.

Speakers should refer to the Submission Information and Conference Track webpages with guidelines in developing and submitting proposals.

**If you are a HEUG member, please make sure you click here to login to view all Track options available to you.
If your institution/organization is a member of the HEUG but you don't have a HEUG log in, please create one to submit a session.

All Exhibitors are required to have a HEUG.Online login. If you need a login click here. If you are an exhibitor at International Virtual Week 2021 and purchased a presentation or it came with your sponsorship package, please login to select the Exhibitor track.  For information on purchasing a session, click here. All HEUG members are welcome to submit session(s) to the International Virtual Week 2021 but only HEUG Members and Allied Members of PSUG will be considered for the official programme. If you are unsure about your membership status there are several ways to verify your HEUG Membership.

All sessions will be selected by late August. If you have not received notification of your submission result by 7 September 2021, please contact regional-support@heug.org.
