The HEUG Europe Programme Team is  accepting presentation proposals 12 May through 16 September, 2025!

We’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable speakers to lead impactful sessions across all ERP systems.

If you have insights or innovations to share, especially in these areas:

  • System Integration – Tackling the challenges of connecting diverse technologies
  • Collaboration & Communication – Building stronger, more efficient cross-functional teams
  • Security & Privacy – Addressing today’s most pressing data concerns
  • Student Experience – Enhancing the student journey from recruitment to graduation

Presentation Format

Speakers should use the Europe Event branded MS PowerPoint Template ( 5 MB) for their presentation on-site. Please refer to the accompanying instruction slides to customize your presentation—there are multiple slide layouts available to fit a variety of content styles and needs.
